By accessing and using the Ginga Global Group website (gingaglobalgroup.com) or submitting any registration form, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or submit any forms.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

3. Trials & Program Registration

Submitting a registration form (including for the Elite Neon Cup, CBFC JDL Trials, or any other GGG program) does not guarantee a place in a squad, trial, or program. Registration constitutes an expression of interest only.

  • GGG reserves the right to accept or decline any registration at its sole discretion
  • Eligibility criteria (including age group, heritage, and playing level) must be met at the time of registration and throughout the program
  • Providing false or misleading information in a registration form may result in immediate disqualification
  • Any fees associated with program participation will be communicated directly to confirmed participants before any payment is required
  • GGG is not liable for any costs incurred (including travel) by participants who are not selected or who withdraw from a program

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Ginga Global Group or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. The GGG name, logo, and brand marks are trademarks of Ginga Global Group.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ginga Global Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, this website
  • Any errors or omissions in website content
  • Participation in or exclusion from any trial, program, or tour
  • Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this website or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to GGG in the twelve months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.
